Faith or Money

 In the materialistic world, most people are changed. When people do not have much money or property then they are practicing different spiritual and motivational courses. They are always talking about humanity, faith, help and support, and generosity.

I have observed several people both male and female, I have found that everyone is searching for a chance! During this journey, they are giving you different suggestions, advice, ideas, and they are talking about never give up. Sometimes such people are trying to follow other successful people without any vision. Whenever someone is doing new innovative work they would abruptly be adopting it. After sometimes they would fail to continue the trend because they do not have a complete idea. 

Now what you have to do is that point out such people's behaviors and characteristics. You would find so many such people in your area and society. Notice their characteristics in yourself and make a list. This list of different characteristics would help you understand the characteristics of you. Do not just find out other people such characteristics but you should observe yourself thoroughly then you would start knowing yourself. Never point out other people's bad habits for criticizing or looking them down but you should point out to move towards your perfection. Such characters you should use as a mirror to watch yourself. 

The main point which I want to highlight here is the faith of the people in this materialistic world. People are preferring money only. Money can give you everything such as a home, business, vehicle, and property, etc except your happiness, tranquility, and satisfaction.  In any business or job or any private deal, people are just giving preference to the money. They are forgetting everything such as faith, sincerity, humanity, and they cannot see anything except the chance in which they have to earn the money only. 

In conclusion, never do this! You can earn a lot of money within a short time but you cannot earn happiness, tranquility, and satisfaction but you would lose these forever and you have to spend your money on health issues of yourself, your children, your parents, and your relatives! if you have got a chance in which you can earn illegally then always miss that chance deliberately. So, you should give preference to your faith, it will give you everything including money, happiness, tranquility, and satisfaction. It will strengthen you in all conditions throughout your life. 

Give importance to your mentors (Parents)

 Listen and take advice from your inspirational personalities but before taking the final decision you should discuss with your mentors (Your most experienced and the most sincere mentors are your parents). Discuss with them your ideas and decisions then you will get precious answers from them, think upon them, and then take a wonderful decision.

In our lives, we have to face certain problems, major decisions, turning points, and life-changing thoughts. Meanwhile, it is very difficult to make the right decision within a short time. In this scenario, never take the final decision because in such situations human mind has to face multiple tasks to take a decision. There would be certain situations where you need to take your own final decision such as you have got an injury and abruptly you need to go to hospital then at that time you have to get the first ad then you would decide that in which hospital youa need to go for further treatment. In this way there would be some situation where you do not need to take the abrupt decision, you need to discuss with your teachers, advisors, or mentors. Sucha as you need to start a business and you have your own money just you need to invest, someone is giving you an offer to start the business but you do not know the knowledge about your business, meanwhile, you do not need to take the risk. You have discussed with that person who has offered you the business that's fine but later you need to take advice from your advisor and most importantly from your mentor. What your mentor advises you about the business and how much you are understanding that business? Then you should start your business and most probably you would get success. This method you need to apply in other decisions.

In this way, it is very important for teenagers to consult their advisers and their mentors to move on the right path. Teenage is a very crucial age for both girls and boys. At this age, you need to take some major decisions such as your career, your marriage, your skills, your choice of university, etc. In all these situations you must consult your advisors and your mentors.

The decision made in your teenage changes your entire life! Parents play a vital role in the self-development of their children. During teenage children do not know about their career, what kind of skill they should learn? which subject they should choose? They do not have much experience pertaining to their upcoming situations. They do not know who is the sincere counselor? Who knows better about the skills? And who can understand your emotions and your desires? On contrary to your children's experience you have huge experience of life! You are the most important and the most sincere teacher, advisor, and mentor for your children. 

You need to understand your child's desire, attitudes, characteristics, interests, and in what kind of work your child is doing interestingly? You need to understand these situations first. Directory never emphasizes on your child to do this and that or what you want to do? or what you want to see your child in future? You should work out according to your child's desire. You know much better about the teachers, advisors, and mentors than your child so you need to discuss your child with teachers, advisors, and mentors then you have to conduct a meeting between your children and the teachers, advisors, and mentors. You need to just give your children awareness about different professions and careers by means of direct conversations, through print media, electronic media, social media, career counseling, seminars, and workshops. You need to help your child at any cost then your child will become an informative and brilliant student. When you would get involved with your child in these activities your children's minds will be focused upon their desires and how they could achieve their desires? Otherwise, several students in their teenagers are not interested in their careers, desires, and counseling. They are wasting their precious time in their extra-curricular activities, wants, on social media, in video games, watching movies, sports,  and in other useless gossips. 

To keep them away from such activities you need to follow them in every situation, you need to share your thoughts regarding your and their future, you need to discuss with innovative ideas, you need to discuss with them careers, professions, business ideas, educational activities, you should help your children to join seminars, workshops, motivational lectures, career counseling, and meeting with sincere teachers, advisors, and mentors. You need to plan before your child's birth that how you can help him/her? You need to construct several ways for your children and try your best to make them understand according to their burning desire. Everything exists in us jus we need to help them in discovering their talents.

 

Give a strong and powerful order to your mind!

 Your mind is your faithful, powerful, and strong employee. It has unlimited capacity to do any work that you have asked to do. You need to order it to do your desire task then persistently monitor your mind and remind it to perform your desire task smoothly time and again. It will complete your desire task within the given time!

If you would take the example of artificial intelligence such as a washing machine, it would do nothing for you although its hardware and software both are perfect. When you tell the artificial intelligence to perform a task then it starts performing and it completes within the stipulated time. In the same way, our body is just like hardware and our mind is working as a well-developed software system. When you're fixing a function in your software then it starts working by taking care of various angles. Such as you have fixed the function that you need to go to school, college, university, or office your mind starts working accordingly. It will inform you that tomorrow you need to get up at 7:30 am then you need to attend the restroom, wash your hands and face, brush your teeth and take your breakfast. Your mind remains active if you have functioned correctly, during breakfast your mind tells what you have decided to eat? If you have told your mind to eat bread and drink milk but on your breakfast table there is something else then your mind would inform you that this breakfast is not good for you, then you would change your decision and you would offer your decided breakfast. If you have not functioned your mind then whatever is on your breakfast table you would prefer to eat that. 

Keep in mind the above-mentioned example and function your mind, you will observe the reality within a short time. Once you are using this technique then your mind will start functioning according to your will. It would take some time to start working your mind according to your will because it is not a physical switch that you want to switch on and off and it functions accordingly. This is software you need coding to fix functions, so it needs time to fix the timing in your mind computer. This is such software that when you fix the accurate timing it would start functioning according to the time and space for a long time and it updates automatically according to the given situation. 

Your mind is your employee so it will never deny your order! Therefore always think positive, always think about your future planning, short term, and long term planning. What you should do for yourself and for your society? Tell your mind every day plannings so that it will remain active all the time. 

Just like a well-experienced employee, your mind will guide you on what to do? And how to do it? Your future planning, ideas, and your tasks would arrange and organize, it will prepare other internal and external majors such as imagination, suppositions, ideas, thoughts, money, sources, people, etc. Then it would tell you that how much time it would take to complete? How much money it would need? How many people would be required and what kind of people would be required to complete your given task. Thus, your mind is your faithful, powerful, and strong employee, so you need to be a faithful, powerful, and strong employ for your mind because this is such an employee who would never quit his job in any situation, ups or downs there will be your faithful employee side by side, therefore right now you need to be honest with your employee and tell him the right and positive orders that it would complete for you within a stipulated time. Do not confuse him and do not waste your time by giving unimportant and unnecessary tasks. 

Construct a library in your mind!

Children need moral, material, and financial support to get to their destinations. Including moral, material, financial support, making a library in the parent's mind, children's mind and at your home plays a vital role in self-development of yourself and your child.  Many literate parents are thinking about this method consciously and unconsciously. This method has promoted and made brilliant, imaginative, intelligent, and knowledgeable students.

The human mind needs to control because it works non-stop 42/7. It plays just like a monkey, which means it generates uncountable thoughts every day. Generating different thoughts shows that your mind is perfect it works better but you need to control it. You should have the break of your mind. If you let it generate different thoughts it will continuously generate and you will be confused that what you should do with these thoughts? Consequently, it is very important to control your mind according to your will. How you could control your mind? A big question has aroused. Even we cannot control our minds how it is possible to control children's minds? 

To control your mind you need to make such an environment in your mind, at your home, and even then everywhere you want to live which could attract your mind towards itself. It is very simple but we are not diverting our mind towards such an environment. We are working according to our thoughts generated by our minds. And you know better, that our mind generates several thoughts, so we cannot focus on important ones. When we cannot focus on our thoughts then we cannot guide our children as well. This is the reason that why some are wasting their precious time? And why some are utilizing their precious time and get success? 

Those people who are not controlling their thoughts, they need more time to get success and achieve their goals. Such people are following trends and their random thoughts. They are trying to find their success in others' success. They want to follow other people, hoping that they could succeed by following them. They are not taking heed of their thoughts, they cannot control their thoughts. The question is why they cannot control their thoughts as some other people do? The reason is that such people are not thinking about their environment of their home for a long time. Although they are constructing nice buildings, they are not thinking about a study room for their children, they are not thinking about the library at home for their children, and they are not creating a study and thinking environment at their homes. Instead of such an environment, they are discussing people, other people's homes and their environments, their way of livings, their weaknesses, their strengths, and their sources of income. In this way, they could not provide a fruitful environment for themselves and their children. As a result, they cannot succeed in their lives and their children need to do hard work for their livings in their lives. Such parents and their children are not constructing a relevant library in their minds.

Those people who are successful in their lives are making a relevant library in their minds. Such libraries are helping the parents to read new books, help them get new information, help them stay at home and help their children, help them the career counseling, and help them guide their children in the right way at the right time. Before the construction of their material home, the intellectual parents are constructing their home in their mind because they are not using their home for staying in but they are using their home as an institution, a school, a college, and a university. Therefore they are constructing such a home that could play as an institution, a school, a college, and a university in near future. Having constructing such a building in their minds then they are applying this idea in the material world. They have a vision that leads them in the right way, such a great vision of parents helps their children to understand themselves. In their mind library, they collect research, advanced study books, ideas, general knowledge, and their sources such as the internet, search engines, and book references. In this way they are also constructing a wonderful library at their homes, they are providing internet facility, they are teaching their children how to use the internet. With their children, they are also using their home library. Instead of giving orders to their children, the parents are demonstrating because they know that "actions speak louder than words", so their children are acting like their parents. 

All those parents who are illiterate but they are thinking critically can help their children by giving them a mind library although they could not provide a furnished material library, they can help to build a well-furnished mind library. This is the reason that some of the children who belong to poor families can grow well and succeed in their lives and some children having everything but they could not succeed in their lives because their parents are not helping them to build a well-furnished mind library although they are constructing a well-furnished material library. This shows that constructing a mind library is more helpful than a well-furnished material library. 

Observe the weaknesses and strengths

 It is very easy to find the weaknesses in others than ourselves and we can observe them in others. Then we are criticizing quickly. Observation is a powerful characteristic, observation might be positive or negative both are very important for someone to change his/her habit. When you observed them and recognize them, take powerful action to improve them in yourself first. Kindly do not try to improve others.

I think it is very common in each society to find out the other's weaknesses than theirs.  This is very easy, the person who is not very good in his profession can also find out so many weaknesses in others. A person possessing several weaknesses can easily observe different weaknesses in others but he would not try to improve himself and he would not try to change his weaknesses into strengths. This article emphasizes observing the other person's weaknesses and strengths and how you can change and improve such weaknesses and strengths in yourself? 

To start this exercise you need to think one day thoroughly that what kind of weaknesses and strengths you can observe in others easily? Then you need to make a list of weaknesses and strengths. During this homework, you might know several weaknesses and strengths in you as well, make another list of them which you are possessing. Now no need to start to improve yourself or others just make an observational list. This observation would help you understand our weaknesses and strengths. 

Now, you need to start your observation from your family members, your friends, your society, and other persons. During this observation do not share your observation with other persons, otherwise, your observation will fail and you cannot make an observation and you will not change yourself. This should be a hidden observation just you should know. Without any interruption carry on your hidden observation. With the passage of time, you might need to make a collective list of a person's weaknesses and strengths, you should make this also. In this way, your mind will be cleared about the weaknesses and strengths. You can take help from other person observations, such as in a tethering maybe some people would discuss some other persons weaknesses and strengths, just listen to them and think about their observation about the third person. According to your observational time period e.g. after twenty days, start analyzing your observation. You would find a long list of other persons' weaknesses and strengths individually and in collective forms. 

Having done your field observation, now think about your weaknesses and strengths for a specific time. As you have taken the help of other person observation regarding the third person in the same way just take heed upon others observation and thoughts pertaining to you. Make a list of weaknesses and strengths which you are possessing. Every day observes yourself and thinks about your weaknesses and strengths. Keep continuing to make list for a time period until you would not find the maximum weaknesses and strengths in you. After a time period of twenty days, for example, you might have prepared a long list of weaknesses and strengths which you are possessing. 

You have got two major lists of weaknesses and strengths, one belongs to you and another belongs to other persons. Compare both lists and find out such weaknesses which belong to you and others and which you can change or improve from weaknesses into strengths. No need to improve or change entire weaknesses within a short time. It is not possible because those weaknesses you have been repeating for a long time, so they have become your habits and it is not possible to change such habits in one day. Consequently, you need to consider them as a marathon of long-distance and you need to complete it slowly, you cannot complete a long-distance marathon by running fast at the same pace but you need to complete it by walking, slow running and fast running and so on and so forth. In the same way, just you have found your weaknesses and strengths after a long period of time so you need to treat them just like a marathon, think about your weaknesses and find out the ways to improve them and change them into strengths. Take a simple and easy weakness that you can change easily within a short period of time and start working on it right after your action plan. For example, you cannot get up early in the morning because of which you cannot go to your school, college, university, or office then take an abrupt action, make a daily task schedule and start acting upon it. Before going to your bed just make a plan that you would get up at 07:00 am and then fix your bio-clock and start practicing it. This habit would change your several weaknesses into strengths!

There exist two forms of energy

 The entire universe is energy in various forms. According to my view, there are two forms of energy. 1. The energy stored in physical bodies which are non-living. 2. The energy stored in physical bodies which are living. In physical sciences, there are a number of methods to prove a theory by using qualitative or quantitative methods but in self-development and self-actualization fields, we need to experiment in our body and mind. In your body and in your mind you have to develop a well-furnished advanced laboratory to perform experiments every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every week, every month, and so on and so forth.

Since the remote past, we have been listening to various scientists that this universe had formed by different processes. Through various experiments, we cannot prove the processes of formation of the universe but we can give evidence from the natural processes taking place on the Earth, other planets, moons, and other stars. Such as, on the surface and underground different geological phenomena, teach us and give us the evidence pertaining to the evolution of the Earth and its systems. For example, there are several tectonic plates that are in dynamic form. For a long time, they are moving in different directions, causing earthquakes, ore formation, surfaced and subsurface changes, etc. When we are studying and observing these processes we can understand the formation of the Earth and the universe. Before the physical form of various bodies in the universe, what was there before them? This is the most complicated question. 

As I have said that the entire physical bodies were in the form of energy which I have said as supreme energy. Most probably all the bodies were in the form of light (which could not be seen) (supreme order), which has not any physical form. The supreme order had changed its light form into physical form at the beginning. There were no living organisms but a huge mass (In one sense that huge mass was also living because the entire wist was there). The supreme order (light) had converted into two forms within microseconds (for us they equal millions and billions of years to create such a system). Such as living organisms and non-living things. Now you can find the supreme energy in two forms living bodies and non-living bodies. 

My observation says that entire non-living bodies (a form of energy), want to convert themselves into another form (living-bodies). For this purpose, we can observe that everything is in the movement they want to be a perfect body. To understand this phenomenon we need to understand ourselves because the supreme energy is going to confine in human bodies. This process of nature is in progress, it is in a circle that never ends. 

You are the main part of nature!

Everything in this universe, physical and meta-physical bodies are working for you every time! They are supporting and helping you for the betterment of your life and hereafter! So, you need to understand them! Since the birth of human beings, we have been facing ups and downs and this process will remain to continue till an unlimited period. 

Physical science has proved that it had taken a long time to create a suitable environment on the surface of the Earth to create a single cell organism. Before the creation of a single-cell organism, the physical nature has struggled very smartly to produce only one single-cell organism. During this journey, a number of physical processes have taken place, catastrophes, destruction, and destruction. All these processes have occurred with the passage of time. Catastrophic processes might have occurred within seconds to generate a million and billion years process of construction. To understand such theories and philosophical terms we need to study some basics of Earth sciences. This information we can use to understand our importance and existence on the planet Earth. 

There are so many examples from which we can understand the concept of "everything and every situation is taking place to help and support you". Take the example of a smart cell phone. You did not invented or assemble that phone which you are using but someone else did for you. Just you have done an economic activity for earning and then you have gone to a mobile shop directly and purchased a smartphone. This example will help you understand the long story of your mobile. Someone has set up the company, he employed a number of labors, machinery, electrical system, and internet system then they have started making that phone, finally, you have got that. Now you are using that phone to get ideas, knowledge, and guidance to improve your quality of life. In this way, some have made your vehicle somewhere then they have sold to someone then after a long journey you have got your car. 

If we think upon these simple examples we can understand the laws, processes, and purpose of supreme power. 

The example of your smartphone and vehicle explains that during a specific time you were not aware of your smartphone and vehicle but meanwhile, the natural and artificial processes were at work. They were doing work for you day and night. Nature has created raw material in the form of metals, non-metals, and metalloids after millions of years of processes while you were not born, your parents, your grandparents, and so on and so forth, natural processes were at work for you. In this way the artificial processes were also doing work for you such as a company has explored the deposits, another company has exploited, some companies have purchased the raw materials then they have processed the raw material then sold out to manufacturing companies, they have again processed it and then they have manufactured your smartphone and vehicle. You would understand that before your birth, before the birth of your parents, their parents..., before the formation of the water, before the formation of the oxygen and hydrogen, before the formation of the Earth, before the formation of the solar system, before the formation of the sun, before the big bang, and before the big bang, the supreme nature were at work in the formation of the perfect system to create a perfect living organism through which a special work wants to take and that perfect living organism is you! Yes, you are the most perfect and the most suitable one that nature has created for its special purpose. 

So, from today right now, you have to think and you have to observe that everything and every situation is in favor of you, they are working for your betterment and they are working for your actualization. This is not theoretical or a utopia but this is real. When you would start observing this then you can realize the fact that the nature is working in your favor. Otherwise you would feel that most of the situations are going against you. You would observe the bad situations more because you have made your mind like that. You are not telling your mind to recognize the positive and good situations. Therefore, you are feeling that some situations are not in your favor, although they are working in your favor for the betterment of your life.

On the surface of the Earth, we can see several catastrophes, destructions, naturally and artificially. All these processes are occurring to improve human beings especially the human intellect. Since the remote past, human beings have been modifying both physically and intellectually. Hence we can say that whatever happens around us just to improve human beings. 

Give respect to yourself

Supreme nature has created this universe for a special purpose, scientists have been thinking and working about the natural processes and different laws of nature in the form of physics, chemistry, mathematics, etc to understand the main purpose of supreme nature. There are so many things and creatures, that the supreme power has created them with a special purpose, therefore all those things and creatures have special importance and value.

A major topic is being started and that always values yourself and your things. You have read this sentence and you would feel that all are taking care and giving value to their belongings. Yes, it is true but to some extent, it is falling. Some are doing so and some are not. Forgetting is human nature, therefore sometimes we all are ignoring something which is belongs to us or others. This scenario you can observe in public places such as a public park, especially in the third world. People are using the equipment randomly, they are not taking care of them. Until they will not be useless, people will not repair but they will continuously use them because they have not learned about the value of things. Although they would take care of their own belongings they forget to give value to the public equipment and others when they will come in contact. This is our weakness and we are not accepting this weakness. We think that such small deeds taking place every day everywhere so no need to take care. This is called a blunder, we should know the basic manners, we should know how to live, we should know the respect and value of ourselves and others but the question is how we can learn? A huge population is educated, some are studying and graduated from very good schools, colleges, and universities but we are failing in public places and when we have got an opportunity to utilize or use something that belongs to others, we completely fail in giving value and importance.

When we are observing such people then we are trying to make them understand and try to teach them manners. Although we have not learned such manners we want to become a genius and well respected social personality, the same case when we have to face then we are losing our intellect, respect and everything just we know that we have to use them. We do not think about the things and the owner because they do not belong to us. 

To develop a sense of responsibility we need to read some books regarding social values. At least we need to read a single book to know about such values. We need to read a single book regarding personal development then we could understand such values otherwise without studying a single page of a relevant book, we want to be a genius person. You would be a doctor, you would be an engineer, etc but you cannot become a sensible and responsible person in your society. Therefore, we all need to develop a reading habit, every day we should read a page of a book regarding personal development and social values. 

In our societies we have not read habits just we are listening to other people and we are cramming their words and sentences but we are not trying to read a specific topic. Consequently, we do not know how to value ourselves and how to value others? Now, you have to start valuing your objects whether they are very old models or about to go out of order such as mobile, laptop, and watch, meanwhile you have to take care of other devices much more than yours. If you would not give importance to your things then other people will kick them very soon and they would not only kick your things but with the passage of time they would not respect you and they will not give you any value. On the other hand, if you would start giving importance to your things other people would also give them importance and value in the same way they will give you respect, importance, and value. 

Finally, I would advise you that you should start valuing yourself because as there is an importance of your mobile, your laptop, and your watch there is much more importance of you. You are the most important person in this world according to supreme nature because it has created you for a special purpose in a special time period, there is no alternate of you, and you are the only one who is here to perform your own special work for nature (Diagram-1). If you would not do the specific job which your supreme nature has given to you and you are not giving importance to that then you have to face the music, be prepared to face bad situations because you are trusting in others who have got their own work. Understand the point that you are the only one in this world, you are the most important person for yourself and for others, you have a specific connection with supreme nature. Consequently, you have to value yourself right now, you have to understand your importance, your existence, and your necessity.

Motivate yourself

 People are trying to get motivation by attending motivational lectures, seminars, by watching videos, and TV shows almost every day. They are searching for people who could motivate them and then they could start a new better life. It is my personal observation that a maximum number of people are searching for their own motivation outside them while their motivation exists inside them. The question arises that if the motivation exists inside us then why we cannot motivated? Why we need external sources to get motivation? This is true that people are searching for external sources to get motivation and it is necessary for the initial stage.

It is human nature that the emotional condition does not consistent forever, it changes with respect to time and space. Sometimes you would be more motivated and you would like to do more and extra work but sometimes you do not like to do even then your own work. You would feel bore and nothing is good for you. Just you want to take a rest but your conscience does not allow you to take rest. It will provoke you to do something but your ego will not allow what you want to do? Meanwhile, your mind will not help you to find the true and authentic solution. You start searching the external sources to relax your mind. This is the turning point of your mind! Meanwhile, you would consult such a person who is irresponsible then your mind will depressed more. Maybe he would guide you towards drugs, video games, and he could indulge you in useless talks. Your mind needs relaxation, therefore your mind accepts one of his offers. Since then you would start developing your new habits. Your mind becomes relax when you are starting a video game for example and your mind tells you to continue this game for a long time. You will not realize that it wastes your time but you will enjoy the game till your mind does not tired. You have laid such a foundation upon which you could not build a building. This foundation will not let you the desired building in your life. The only way to get out of this zone your need to reconstruct the foundation which you have laid before!

Always move forward with a plan according to your desire. Before getting bored and start finding the external sources of relaxation and motivation, you should be equipt with a great plan. During your life, you would face different situations and you have to face them in a better way. Consequently, you have to prepare for what you want to do in your life? Nobody is perfect in this perishable world but you should have a plan which would help you in your life journey, it would guide you and it would show you various ways. Every day before starting your work you should start according to your planning, when you would start working according to your plan then you would get motivation! No external medium required to get motivated because you have already installed the motivational software in your mind. When you feel bored and despair your planing will start working for your that during such bad movements what you should do? You have already planned. Your mind would lead you to do that thing instead of indulging in video games, taking drugs, and in useless talks.

Instead of watching everyday motivational videos, you should learn the planning and action plans. The videos will definitely give you a picture of motivation but it would not give you the motivation situationally and it will not give the motivation for a long time. It would give you the motivation when you are watching the video but later on, you cannot sustain the same level of motivation when you were watching the video. That is why watch a good motivational video or attend a good motivational lecture and then start searching for the element of motivation in yourself. You would find that element in you. This element exists in everyone but we are not searching for it inside us but we are searching for it in others, or in external sources. 

The person from whom you getting inspiration and motivation is not being inspired or motivated by anyone else. He or she has got once inspiration and motivation from someone and then they have been searching the motivation inside them. They are making plannings, workings, and practicing every day according to their desired plan. In this way, they are getting inspiration and motivation from inside them and they are making other persons inspired and motivated. Just think about this point that how a motivational speaker gets motivation every day? He/ she is getting motivation from themselves. So, if they can get motivation from themselves then you can also get the motivation from yourself. Just you need to make a plan, an action plan, work according to your plan, practice making planning, and you will get motivation from yourself (Diagram-1). Otherwise, you would watch several motivational videos but you could not sustain your motivation. 

New Skill and Confrontation

 Start learning a new skill then soon after the completion, you should take the examination and confront the new challenge in the market. It seems that everyone is doing so, but in fact, very few people are doing so with proper planning. 

Since our childhood, we want to do a great job in our future but unfortunately, we can do, some can be successful if their parents help and support their children according to their wish, passion, and goals. The rest of the children are not doing what they were wishing in their childhood because of several reasons. 

The first main reason is some children want to be teachers but their parents are opposing their passion, their parents want to see their children as a doctor or an engineer. This situation becomes very complex for the children. They cannot decide properly. Meanwhile, the children cannot search for other best professions. Sometimes they want to follow their parent's wish but their ego and conscience reject the parent's wish time and again. The children are feeling bad, their emotions destroy. Various pressures are captivating the children in this condition. Such as the pressure on behalf of parents, friends pressure, social pressure, and above all else their own ego. As a result, children are not doing well in their life. 

Parents are playing a pivotal role in their children's careers. What their children want to do? The parents should observe their children. The help and support of both father and mother can change their children's minds. I met with a number of students so far and I realize that a great number of students are moving forward without any plan and understanding. Maximum are following trends. Meanwhile, I realized that their parents are not also taking interest in their children's wishes. Is there any benefit for their children or not? Even then parents do not know. It is the responsibility of the parents that what time their children must learn which skill? What time they should participate in curricular and extracurricular activities? all these activities should know the parents. Otherwise, the children could waste their precious time in different and unfruitful activities. Although, they could learn much more from their different activities and they could use that information in their careers but the most important and easy way to learn a new skill should be according to your future planning. First, you should learn such skills which are the most relevant to your passion and future planning then such activities would lead to your passion and they would provide more opportunities in your future. 

Now, parents and students would come to know that skill development is very important to develop our lives. Parents should take heed of traditional education as well as the skill development of their children timely. For example, a student of grade 8, wants to be a software engineer, and this is his/her passion, and the parents also agree with the passion of their child then they should help and support their child to find out sincere teachers and mentors along with they should help to learn new software-relevant skills. Such skills will not make your child an expert but they would give confidence, information, ideas, and imagination with the passage of time. Such a skill will develop the mind of the child to be a software engineer. Always there exist exceptions but most probably your child will become an expert of software in his/her career. This is an example, now you can understand and apply this example in various fields. 

It is a common habit of students or trainees that during their studies or after studies they are taking different skill development courses and before completion or soon after completion of the course they just quit the course and they are not implementing it in their careers. Consequently, such courses, later on, become useless. Students start rumoring that such courses have no value, just time-wasting, while this concept is totally wrong. Such courses would build your career if you would learn a relevant skill that should be pertaining to your passion, and if you would learn the concept of confrontation.

 Before starting your skill development you should think about the skill whether it is relevant to your passion or not then start learning the skill. You should know that at the initial stage everything seems very difficult and reluctant. If you have made a plan to learn a new skill according to your passion and education then you would feel enjoyable and you would learn more. When you complete your first skill relevant to your future ambition then you should take a test and get a certificate then you should start learning the advanced level course. Start teaching what you have learned in the first course. It is not necessary to become an expert and then start teaching, instead of this concept you should help your same-minded friends in learning the new skill. Try your best to update your new skill by helping your friends and juniors. Do not think that yous should learn completely then you will start teaching. Just confront the situation it will help you building confidence and decision making in your future.

The world has already become a global village and information technology has captured the entire village. It has captivated the minds of the people, it has connected everyone with each other. It is not possible to hide anything, any idea, any secret in this global village from each other. Whatever happens in a corner of America listens and watches the person who is living in any corner of Asia and vice versa. In the early nineties, people were going to shopping malls and markets for the sake of buying and selling purposes but now everyone is busy with their own businesses and jobs. Consequently, they have changed their minds towards information technology. According to my observation, in this information technology period, three things are the most important and the most selling things! What are they?  An interesting and one of the most important questions today I have raised. Read the article thoroughly and try to understand the fact and be prepared yourself for the upcoming generation.

The global village is going towards financial freedom. Everyone is searching for new businesses, entrepreneurship, and investing industries. Some are doing small businesses, and some are interested in starting new innovative businesses. Now, maximum people have properties and money they want to invest in new reliable businesses. So, the people who have got millions of dollars are searching for new business and investments. There is no end to selling and buying things, consequently, people are thinking about new investments in different areas of the world. Americans want to invest in Asia, Asians want to invest in Africa, Africans want to invest in Australia, Australians want to invest in Europe, and vice versa. 

In this scenario, everyone lacks three basic things regarding new and innovative businesses and investments. They need experts, counselors, advisers, and think-tankers for consultation operating new businesses and investments in different areas in the world. In this competition, those people are getting success who have got three things, or who have got such a team which could guide them by using these basic tools. Worldwide, people are busy in search of these three things to excel in the world market. These things are 1. Idea, 2. Knowledge, and 3. Guidance. 

It has been observing that in every institution apart from traditional education, directly or indirectly people are selling the aforementioned three things. I have already mentioned that the internet has confiscated entire information, everyone can access the most advanced information. On the internet, you can search for famous and well-experienced teachers, lecturers, professors, professionals, and advanced level books. Now, there is no need to follow one teacher to learn your course books but you can acquire advanced level education by surfing the internet. 

The Internet has provided everyone an easy way to get an education and to get certificates and degrees. The question arises here if it is very easy and it is accessible to everyone then why most people are not taking benefit of this opportunity? The answer is very simple, they do not have any idea, they do not have knowledge about this opportunity, and they do not have any source for guidance. Therefore they cannot access the right destination, they cannot start a new reliable business, and they cannot find a trustworthy investment industry. 

In this modern scientific period, students need these three things to get success. Skill development institutions should arrange these most precious and important things for students. Instead of internet facilities, students are failed to achieve their goals because of a lack of these three things. We should start work upon generating new and innovative ideas for the students. We should gather relevant knowledge, and we should guide students in the right way. If we will facilitate the students with these three things then they can move forward quickly, they can learn new skills, easily, and they can start new businesses within a short time period.
