Observe the weaknesses and strengths

 It is very easy to find the weaknesses in others than ourselves and we can observe them in others. Then we are criticizing quickly. Observation is a powerful characteristic, observation might be positive or negative both are very important for someone to change his/her habit. When you observed them and recognize them, take powerful action to improve them in yourself first. Kindly do not try to improve others.

I think it is very common in each society to find out the other's weaknesses than theirs.  This is very easy, the person who is not very good in his profession can also find out so many weaknesses in others. A person possessing several weaknesses can easily observe different weaknesses in others but he would not try to improve himself and he would not try to change his weaknesses into strengths. This article emphasizes observing the other person's weaknesses and strengths and how you can change and improve such weaknesses and strengths in yourself? 

To start this exercise you need to think one day thoroughly that what kind of weaknesses and strengths you can observe in others easily? Then you need to make a list of weaknesses and strengths. During this homework, you might know several weaknesses and strengths in you as well, make another list of them which you are possessing. Now no need to start to improve yourself or others just make an observational list. This observation would help you understand our weaknesses and strengths. 

Now, you need to start your observation from your family members, your friends, your society, and other persons. During this observation do not share your observation with other persons, otherwise, your observation will fail and you cannot make an observation and you will not change yourself. This should be a hidden observation just you should know. Without any interruption carry on your hidden observation. With the passage of time, you might need to make a collective list of a person's weaknesses and strengths, you should make this also. In this way, your mind will be cleared about the weaknesses and strengths. You can take help from other person observations, such as in a tethering maybe some people would discuss some other persons weaknesses and strengths, just listen to them and think about their observation about the third person. According to your observational time period e.g. after twenty days, start analyzing your observation. You would find a long list of other persons' weaknesses and strengths individually and in collective forms. 

Having done your field observation, now think about your weaknesses and strengths for a specific time. As you have taken the help of other person observation regarding the third person in the same way just take heed upon others observation and thoughts pertaining to you. Make a list of weaknesses and strengths which you are possessing. Every day observes yourself and thinks about your weaknesses and strengths. Keep continuing to make list for a time period until you would not find the maximum weaknesses and strengths in you. After a time period of twenty days, for example, you might have prepared a long list of weaknesses and strengths which you are possessing. 

Observe

You have got two major lists of weaknesses and strengths, one belongs to you and another belongs to other persons. Compare both lists and find out such weaknesses which belong to you and others and which you can change or improve from weaknesses into strengths. No need to improve or change entire weaknesses within a short time. It is not possible because those weaknesses you have been repeating for a long time, so they have become your habits and it is not possible to change such habits in one day. Consequently, you need to consider them as a marathon of long-distance and you need to complete it slowly, you cannot complete a long-distance marathon by running fast at the same pace but you need to complete it by walking, slow running and fast running and so on and so forth. In the same way, just you have found your weaknesses and strengths after a long period of time so you need to treat them just like a marathon, think about your weaknesses and find out the ways to improve them and change them into strengths. Take a simple and easy weakness that you can change easily within a short period of time and start working on it right after your action plan. For example, you cannot get up early in the morning because of which you cannot go to your school, college, university, or office then take an abrupt action, make a daily task schedule and start acting upon it. Before going to your bed just make a plan that you would get up at 07:00 am and then fix your bio-clock and start practicing it. This habit would change your several weaknesses into strengths!
