You are the main part of nature!

Everything in this universe, physical and meta-physical bodies are working for you every time! They are supporting and helping you for the betterment of your life and hereafter! So, you need to understand them! Since the birth of human beings, we have been facing ups and downs and this process will remain to continue till an unlimited period. 

Physical science has proved that it had taken a long time to create a suitable environment on the surface of the Earth to create a single cell organism. Before the creation of a single-cell organism, the physical nature has struggled very smartly to produce only one single-cell organism. During this journey, a number of physical processes have taken place, catastrophes, destruction, and destruction. All these processes have occurred with the passage of time. Catastrophic processes might have occurred within seconds to generate a million and billion years process of construction. To understand such theories and philosophical terms we need to study some basics of Earth sciences. This information we can use to understand our importance and existence on the planet Earth. 

There are so many examples from which we can understand the concept of "everything and every situation is taking place to help and support you". Take the example of a smart cell phone. You did not invented or assemble that phone which you are using but someone else did for you. Just you have done an economic activity for earning and then you have gone to a mobile shop directly and purchased a smartphone. This example will help you understand the long story of your mobile. Someone has set up the company, he employed a number of labors, machinery, electrical system, and internet system then they have started making that phone, finally, you have got that. Now you are using that phone to get ideas, knowledge, and guidance to improve your quality of life. In this way, some have made your vehicle somewhere then they have sold to someone then after a long journey you have got your car. 

If we think upon these simple examples we can understand the laws, processes, and purpose of supreme power. 

The example of your smartphone and vehicle explains that during a specific time you were not aware of your smartphone and vehicle but meanwhile, the natural and artificial processes were at work. They were doing work for you day and night. Nature has created raw material in the form of metals, non-metals, and metalloids after millions of years of processes while you were not born, your parents, your grandparents, and so on and so forth, natural processes were at work for you. In this way the artificial processes were also doing work for you such as a company has explored the deposits, another company has exploited, some companies have purchased the raw materials then they have processed the raw material then sold out to manufacturing companies, they have again processed it and then they have manufactured your smartphone and vehicle. You would understand that before your birth, before the birth of your parents, their parents..., before the formation of the water, before the formation of the oxygen and hydrogen, before the formation of the Earth, before the formation of the solar system, before the formation of the sun, before the big bang, and before the big bang, the supreme nature were at work in the formation of the perfect system to create a perfect living organism through which a special work wants to take and that perfect living organism is you! Yes, you are the most perfect and the most suitable one that nature has created for its special purpose. 

So, from today right now, you have to think and you have to observe that everything and every situation is in favor of you, they are working for your betterment and they are working for your actualization. This is not theoretical or a utopia but this is real. When you would start observing this then you can realize the fact that the nature is working in your favor. Otherwise you would feel that most of the situations are going against you. You would observe the bad situations more because you have made your mind like that. You are not telling your mind to recognize the positive and good situations. Therefore, you are feeling that some situations are not in your favor, although they are working in your favor for the betterment of your life.

On the surface of the Earth, we can see several catastrophes, destructions, naturally and artificially. All these processes are occurring to improve human beings especially the human intellect. Since the remote past, human beings have been modifying both physically and intellectually. Hence we can say that whatever happens around us just to improve human beings. 

Give respect to yourself

Supreme nature has created this universe for a special purpose, scientists have been thinking and working about the natural processes and different laws of nature in the form of physics, chemistry, mathematics, etc to understand the main purpose of supreme nature. There are so many things and creatures, that the supreme power has created them with a special purpose, therefore all those things and creatures have special importance and value.

A major topic is being started and that always values yourself and your things. You have read this sentence and you would feel that all are taking care and giving value to their belongings. Yes, it is true but to some extent, it is falling. Some are doing so and some are not. Forgetting is human nature, therefore sometimes we all are ignoring something which is belongs to us or others. This scenario you can observe in public places such as a public park, especially in the third world. People are using the equipment randomly, they are not taking care of them. Until they will not be useless, people will not repair but they will continuously use them because they have not learned about the value of things. Although they would take care of their own belongings they forget to give value to the public equipment and others when they will come in contact. This is our weakness and we are not accepting this weakness. We think that such small deeds taking place every day everywhere so no need to take care. This is called a blunder, we should know the basic manners, we should know how to live, we should know the respect and value of ourselves and others but the question is how we can learn? A huge population is educated, some are studying and graduated from very good schools, colleges, and universities but we are failing in public places and when we have got an opportunity to utilize or use something that belongs to others, we completely fail in giving value and importance.

When we are observing such people then we are trying to make them understand and try to teach them manners. Although we have not learned such manners we want to become a genius and well respected social personality, the same case when we have to face then we are losing our intellect, respect and everything just we know that we have to use them. We do not think about the things and the owner because they do not belong to us. 

To develop a sense of responsibility we need to read some books regarding social values. At least we need to read a single book to know about such values. We need to read a single book regarding personal development then we could understand such values otherwise without studying a single page of a relevant book, we want to be a genius person. You would be a doctor, you would be an engineer, etc but you cannot become a sensible and responsible person in your society. Therefore, we all need to develop a reading habit, every day we should read a page of a book regarding personal development and social values. 

In our societies we have not read habits just we are listening to other people and we are cramming their words and sentences but we are not trying to read a specific topic. Consequently, we do not know how to value ourselves and how to value others? Now, you have to start valuing your objects whether they are very old models or about to go out of order such as mobile, laptop, and watch, meanwhile you have to take care of other devices much more than yours. If you would not give importance to your things then other people will kick them very soon and they would not only kick your things but with the passage of time they would not respect you and they will not give you any value. On the other hand, if you would start giving importance to your things other people would also give them importance and value in the same way they will give you respect, importance, and value. 

Finally, I would advise you that you should start valuing yourself because as there is an importance of your mobile, your laptop, and your watch there is much more importance of you. You are the most important person in this world according to supreme nature because it has created you for a special purpose in a special time period, there is no alternate of you, and you are the only one who is here to perform your own special work for nature (Diagram-1). If you would not do the specific job which your supreme nature has given to you and you are not giving importance to that then you have to face the music, be prepared to face bad situations because you are trusting in others who have got their own work. Understand the point that you are the only one in this world, you are the most important person for yourself and for others, you have a specific connection with supreme nature. Consequently, you have to value yourself right now, you have to understand your importance, your existence, and your necessity.

Motivate yourself

 People are trying to get motivation by attending motivational lectures, seminars, by watching videos, and TV shows almost every day. They are searching for people who could motivate them and then they could start a new better life. It is my personal observation that a maximum number of people are searching for their own motivation outside them while their motivation exists inside them. The question arises that if the motivation exists inside us then why we cannot motivated? Why we need external sources to get motivation? This is true that people are searching for external sources to get motivation and it is necessary for the initial stage.

It is human nature that the emotional condition does not consistent forever, it changes with respect to time and space. Sometimes you would be more motivated and you would like to do more and extra work but sometimes you do not like to do even then your own work. You would feel bore and nothing is good for you. Just you want to take a rest but your conscience does not allow you to take rest. It will provoke you to do something but your ego will not allow what you want to do? Meanwhile, your mind will not help you to find the true and authentic solution. You start searching the external sources to relax your mind. This is the turning point of your mind! Meanwhile, you would consult such a person who is irresponsible then your mind will depressed more. Maybe he would guide you towards drugs, video games, and he could indulge you in useless talks. Your mind needs relaxation, therefore your mind accepts one of his offers. Since then you would start developing your new habits. Your mind becomes relax when you are starting a video game for example and your mind tells you to continue this game for a long time. You will not realize that it wastes your time but you will enjoy the game till your mind does not tired. You have laid such a foundation upon which you could not build a building. This foundation will not let you the desired building in your life. The only way to get out of this zone your need to reconstruct the foundation which you have laid before!

Always move forward with a plan according to your desire. Before getting bored and start finding the external sources of relaxation and motivation, you should be equipt with a great plan. During your life, you would face different situations and you have to face them in a better way. Consequently, you have to prepare for what you want to do in your life? Nobody is perfect in this perishable world but you should have a plan which would help you in your life journey, it would guide you and it would show you various ways. Every day before starting your work you should start according to your planning, when you would start working according to your plan then you would get motivation! No external medium required to get motivated because you have already installed the motivational software in your mind. When you feel bored and despair your planing will start working for your that during such bad movements what you should do? You have already planned. Your mind would lead you to do that thing instead of indulging in video games, taking drugs, and in useless talks.

Instead of watching everyday motivational videos, you should learn the planning and action plans. The videos will definitely give you a picture of motivation but it would not give you the motivation situationally and it will not give the motivation for a long time. It would give you the motivation when you are watching the video but later on, you cannot sustain the same level of motivation when you were watching the video. That is why watch a good motivational video or attend a good motivational lecture and then start searching for the element of motivation in yourself. You would find that element in you. This element exists in everyone but we are not searching for it inside us but we are searching for it in others, or in external sources. 

The person from whom you getting inspiration and motivation is not being inspired or motivated by anyone else. He or she has got once inspiration and motivation from someone and then they have been searching the motivation inside them. They are making plannings, workings, and practicing every day according to their desired plan. In this way, they are getting inspiration and motivation from inside them and they are making other persons inspired and motivated. Just think about this point that how a motivational speaker gets motivation every day? He/ she is getting motivation from themselves. So, if they can get motivation from themselves then you can also get the motivation from yourself. Just you need to make a plan, an action plan, work according to your plan, practice making planning, and you will get motivation from yourself (Diagram-1). Otherwise, you would watch several motivational videos but you could not sustain your motivation. 

New Skill and Confrontation

 Start learning a new skill then soon after the completion, you should take the examination and confront the new challenge in the market. It seems that everyone is doing so, but in fact, very few people are doing so with proper planning. 

Since our childhood, we want to do a great job in our future but unfortunately, we can do, some can be successful if their parents help and support their children according to their wish, passion, and goals. The rest of the children are not doing what they were wishing in their childhood because of several reasons. 

The first main reason is some children want to be teachers but their parents are opposing their passion, their parents want to see their children as a doctor or an engineer. This situation becomes very complex for the children. They cannot decide properly. Meanwhile, the children cannot search for other best professions. Sometimes they want to follow their parent's wish but their ego and conscience reject the parent's wish time and again. The children are feeling bad, their emotions destroy. Various pressures are captivating the children in this condition. Such as the pressure on behalf of parents, friends pressure, social pressure, and above all else their own ego. As a result, children are not doing well in their life. 

Parents are playing a pivotal role in their children's careers. What their children want to do? The parents should observe their children. The help and support of both father and mother can change their children's minds. I met with a number of students so far and I realize that a great number of students are moving forward without any plan and understanding. Maximum are following trends. Meanwhile, I realized that their parents are not also taking interest in their children's wishes. Is there any benefit for their children or not? Even then parents do not know. It is the responsibility of the parents that what time their children must learn which skill? What time they should participate in curricular and extracurricular activities? all these activities should know the parents. Otherwise, the children could waste their precious time in different and unfruitful activities. Although, they could learn much more from their different activities and they could use that information in their careers but the most important and easy way to learn a new skill should be according to your future planning. First, you should learn such skills which are the most relevant to your passion and future planning then such activities would lead to your passion and they would provide more opportunities in your future. 

Now, parents and students would come to know that skill development is very important to develop our lives. Parents should take heed of traditional education as well as the skill development of their children timely. For example, a student of grade 8, wants to be a software engineer, and this is his/her passion, and the parents also agree with the passion of their child then they should help and support their child to find out sincere teachers and mentors along with they should help to learn new software-relevant skills. Such skills will not make your child an expert but they would give confidence, information, ideas, and imagination with the passage of time. Such a skill will develop the mind of the child to be a software engineer. Always there exist exceptions but most probably your child will become an expert of software in his/her career. This is an example, now you can understand and apply this example in various fields. 

It is a common habit of students or trainees that during their studies or after studies they are taking different skill development courses and before completion or soon after completion of the course they just quit the course and they are not implementing it in their careers. Consequently, such courses, later on, become useless. Students start rumoring that such courses have no value, just time-wasting, while this concept is totally wrong. Such courses would build your career if you would learn a relevant skill that should be pertaining to your passion, and if you would learn the concept of confrontation.

 Before starting your skill development you should think about the skill whether it is relevant to your passion or not then start learning the skill. You should know that at the initial stage everything seems very difficult and reluctant. If you have made a plan to learn a new skill according to your passion and education then you would feel enjoyable and you would learn more. When you complete your first skill relevant to your future ambition then you should take a test and get a certificate then you should start learning the advanced level course. Start teaching what you have learned in the first course. It is not necessary to become an expert and then start teaching, instead of this concept you should help your same-minded friends in learning the new skill. Try your best to update your new skill by helping your friends and juniors. Do not think that yous should learn completely then you will start teaching. Just confront the situation it will help you building confidence and decision making in your future. 

 

Three things are selling!

The world has already become a global village and information technology has captured the entire village. It has captivated the minds of the people, it has connected everyone with each other. It is not possible to hide anything, any idea, any secret in this global village from each other. Whatever happens in a corner of America listens and watches the person who is living in any corner of Asia and vice versa. In the early nineties, people were going to shopping malls and markets for the sake of buying and selling purposes but now everyone is busy with their own businesses and jobs. Consequently, they have changed their minds towards information technology. According to my observation, in this information technology period, three things are the most important and the most selling things! What are they?  An interesting and one of the most important questions today I have raised. Read the article thoroughly and try to understand the fact and be prepared yourself for the upcoming generation.

The global village is going towards financial freedom. Everyone is searching for new businesses, entrepreneurship, and investing industries. Some are doing small businesses, and some are interested in starting new innovative businesses. Now, maximum people have properties and money they want to invest in new reliable businesses. So, the people who have got millions of dollars are searching for new business and investments. There is no end to selling and buying things, consequently, people are thinking about new investments in different areas of the world. Americans want to invest in Asia, Asians want to invest in Africa, Africans want to invest in Australia, Australians want to invest in Europe, and vice versa. 

In this scenario, everyone lacks three basic things regarding new and innovative businesses and investments. They need experts, counselors, advisers, and think-tankers for consultation operating new businesses and investments in different areas in the world. In this competition, those people are getting success who have got three things, or who have got such a team which could guide them by using these basic tools. Worldwide, people are busy in search of these three things to excel in the world market. These things are 1. Idea, 2. Knowledge, and 3. Guidance. 

It has been observing that in every institution apart from traditional education, directly or indirectly people are selling the aforementioned three things. I have already mentioned that the internet has confiscated entire information, everyone can access the most advanced information. On the internet, you can search for famous and well-experienced teachers, lecturers, professors, professionals, and advanced level books. Now, there is no need to follow one teacher to learn your course books but you can acquire advanced level education by surfing the internet. 

The Internet has provided everyone an easy way to get an education and to get certificates and degrees. The question arises here if it is very easy and it is accessible to everyone then why most people are not taking benefit of this opportunity? The answer is very simple, they do not have any idea, they do not have knowledge about this opportunity, and they do not have any source for guidance. Therefore they cannot access the right destination, they cannot start a new reliable business, and they cannot find a trustworthy investment industry. 

In this modern scientific period, students need these three things to get success. Skill development institutions should arrange these most precious and important things for students. Instead of internet facilities, students are failed to achieve their goals because of a lack of these three things. We should start work upon generating new and innovative ideas for the students. We should gather relevant knowledge, and we should guide students in the right way. If we will facilitate the students with these three things then they can move forward quickly, they can learn new skills, easily, and they can start new businesses within a short time period. 

Take heed upon the precious advice

  The strength to bear natural and artificial calamities depends upon the foundation of a building and then the material used to build the building but nobody can see directly the strength of the material and foundation of the building although it is the main step to build a strong building. If you want to build a ten-story building then you need to lay such a foundation that could bear the ten-story building otherwise it will fall down during the construction or soon after the completion.

Building foundation here I mean is the precious advice of parents, teachers, professionals, and counselors. Since your birth, you need precious and experienced advice which would help you strengthen your career understanding. Since your middle schooling period, you need true and effective guidance. This true and effective guidance is essential to make an effective career.

Now, how you can give them good advice or guidance? Parents are the heroes for their children! this sentence must understand the parents. No matter what is your physical appearance? financial status, or educational background, you are the heroes for your children. So, your every word, or sentence matters effectively, your good advice and encouragement change the minds, careers, and it also affects their off-spring of your children. While talking to your children you should take care of such words and sentences which should not affect them negatively. Every word should be encouraging because your child has got one life in the form of a human being as you have got. Always put forward your child at home, encourage always encourage, celebrate his/her small successes and give your child an encouraging psyche. In this way, your child will become a brave, confident leader at your home, in his/her school, college, university, then in your society, at the national level, and finally at the international level. If you would not give yourself the importance and if you would not be before your child just like a hero then your child would start feeling inferiority, unconfident, discourage, and he/she would not perform well. They would not make a bright and brilliant career.

Teachers play a vital role in the development of children's careers. They should not teach only their textbooks but they should share their experiences with the passage of time. They should teach about different professions, their importance, and their scope in their area. It has been observed that an experienced and inspirational teacher can give fruitful advice during their childhood. That advice plays the role of a seed sowed in the field. When you sow a seed in your field it does not grows abruptly but it takes time to grow and to become a mature tree. In this way, your influential advice grows in the minds of your students day by day. So, parents are advised to send their children to such a teacher. He's talking to the child, his way of living, his interests can change the minds of students. If your child spends some time with an incompetent person then your child can not learn good habits, your child will learn bad habits.

Give your chance to meet sincere professionals they could give good guidance of becoming what they want to be? and how they can be?. For example, your child wants to be a professor of chemistry then you should find such a great professor who could guide your child in the right way. He could inspire your child by sharing his experience, the importance, and the scope of the profession. Your child will become a responsible and interested student he would start doing smart work. Never consult such a professional who is not a responsible person, who does not like his profession, or pretend to guide others. Such professionals discourage their students or misguide them.

You should give chance to attend the lectures, seminars, and workshops of excellent counselors. Those parents who are interested in their children's career they are doing so. Since their childhood, they are taking their children to different seminars, workshops, and career counseling lectures. Since their childhood, such students are notifying of the good things consciously or unconsciously. These meetings enhance the capabilities of the students. With the passage of time, such students start thinking about themselves and their future goals. They are fixing their future aims and trying to achieve them.

Happiness and Prosperity Secret!

Thanks for everything that time and space have bestowed upon me! Thanks for the supreme nature that has created me in this time circle! And thanks to everyone among who I am surviving my precious life span! Having done my today's article I have strived my best to confine the secret of healthy, wealthy, and prosperous (diagram-1). I have already explained the power of concentration in my last article, so, here I would like to explain the importance and significance of concentration and help. One thing I want to clarify that whatever you are finding naturally has unlimited usage, it has huge importance, and it will help others without any discrimination. Consequently, we need to take help from nature because nature has created this universe just like a school. In this school, you will find the building, teachers, books, and students. How? Consider this world is a school building where you would find many teachers, (all those teachers who are understanding the laws of nature, I do not mean everyone who has got a university degree) students, (both human, animals, and plants), and books (the world itself is also an open book in unlimited languages). 

In this school, nature has created us in various time zones. Nobody is superior or inferior but we are creating such situations because of a lack of understanding of the laws of nature. Someone has got more money, more property, and power but some have no money, no property, and no power. The person who is wealthy should not consider the other person in the society inferior who has got no money, property, and power. Everyone is doing very important work for nature. Nature knows the importance of you than others. So, if you want to know your importance, your purpose, and the laws of nature then you have to concentrate upon the supreme power and the current situation. No need to repent or overwhelm, just think about nature and your existence. 

When you will start learning about nature, it will guide you, how to learn nature. It will tell you that there is no need to search in this material but you need to search within yourself, this material world is just a tool to understand the supreme power. Thinking and learning about yourself will teach your status and the importance of others. 

Be thankful and concentrate upon your achievements, either you have a small achievement or a big one, you should thank the supreme power and consider your smallest achievement and success. This consideration will lead you towards a big achievement and so on and so forth. Do you have money? Do you have property? Do you have power? No matter! Nature has bestowed you to fulfill the requirements of others because as you are doing specific work for nature in this way other poor and needy persons are also doing their own job for nature. 

Wherever you are living, whatever you have money, property, and power, always remember the other creatures of nature. Help them on any cost. Help may be in the form of money, help may be in form of property, power, and above all else the right guidance. All the material success is perishable, some times you will be rich, some times you will lose your wealth but always remember the truth, true guidance, right advice, and help in acquiring the education will remain forever, it is imperishable. That is why, if you want to be healthy, wealthy, happy, and prosperous (diagram-1) then you have to concentrate upon your success, and help others, be kind, and thankful for everything you enjoy your life, otherwise you will not be satisfied with your success, achievements, wealth, property, and power. 

The Power of concentration and practice

The foundation of any success depends upon practice and concentration. When I have conducted a comparative study pertaining to self-development, I have found common two terms and they are practice and concentration. The success of anybody depends upon his/her practice and concentration after fixing their passion.

How you can find your burning desire? I have answered this question precisely in another article. I would prefer you to find that article thoroughly. It will help you find your passion accordingly. This article explains the importance and significance of concentration and practice. You will get a new way towards your success.

While thinking about the topic of this article I remembered a wonderful quotation from Alexander Graham Bell "Concentrate all your thoughts on the task at hand. The sun's rays do not burn until brought to a focus". This quotation has completely satisfied me. This is a true and perfect example. Our sun has been shining upon everyone every place since its birth. Every second it facilitates several heavenly bodies with unlimited energy. When someone wants to take benefit from the sun's energy he can take as much as he can.

This is an example of the material world, and we do know that everything has a physical existence as well as there exists energy stored in it, in other words, there exists a meta-physique of everything. So, your desire is also a meta-physique of something which you will gain in the material world. For example, if you have constructed a house, before the construction it was in your mind, you have imagined that house in your mind although you did not construct it yet. We will try to understand diagram-1 with the help of this example. First of all, you have asked your mind consciously or unconsciously about a house, your mind has replied to you, your question in the form of a desire i.e. construction of your house.

As you know better that your mind generates thousands of thoughts every day as the material sun is releasing 384.6 septillion watt of energy per second. On the surface, everything has its own desire and according to their desire they are concentrating on solar energy and they are getting it, and then according to the laws of nature, they are practicing their exercise. In this way, they are achieving their goals. A tree has the desire of making its own food, so it concentrates upon its required sunlight and energy to make its own food. then it keeps continue this practice and it gets its extreme growth.

Now you have to find out your burning desire. The desire should not be a simple thought but it should be a well-understood desire. Tell your mind that does not concentrate upon the rest of your thoughts except your burning desire. How you can concentrate upon your burning desire? It is very simple, to concentrate upon your desire you should think about that, search about that by using the internet. Watch the relevant videos, read relevant articles, books, consult your mentors, and write your thoughts regarding your burning desire. Sometimes you can discuss it with your good friends but do not change your burning desire after selecting it.

Make a daily schedule of your practice to concentrate on your desire. Get upon early in the morning meditating, the morning time is the most precious time consequently you should not waste it by using social media. Instead of using social media, you should make a notepad of daily readings to concentrate on your desire. Select a book and read it every day in the morning for at least 10 minutes. Then, if you are a student follow your mind map accordingly and if you are a professional follow your mind accordingly and so on and so forth. Persistently practice by concentrating on your burning desire for one week then you can increase the time duration accordingly.

This is the simple way that will guide you in achieving your destination and success.

Fix your goals and find your mentor

 Yesterday I have published an article on "Think and find your passion". I have explained there how you can find your burning passion? I hope you would have started your practice to find out your passion. If you have not read my article, then before reading this article, I would prefer you to read first, the above-mentioned one. It will help you understand what you want to do in your life step by step. 

During your finding practice, you would have found your certain passions. Perhaps, you would be confused to choose the perfect one. Keep continue your practice and your mind will sort out the perfect choice for you. One day, when you will get up in the morning you would have the most suitable choice of passion. You will feel relaxed, satisfied, and tranquil. Now you have got your passion, you have achieved your goal in your mind. This means that you have achieved almost 50%.  Just you have to execute it step by step. Remember that there would be many hurdles in your way. To overcome those hurdles and obstacles you need to make your action plan. For this, you need to study the relevant material, prepare a concise and effective plan, then take your first step to achieve your goal in the physical world. 

Study (research), make a plan, and take action is a very simple but powerful sentence. For the completion of this process, start searching the experts who have achieved their goals and they are very much relevant to your goal. Find them in your family, in your society, in your community, in your country, and find them internationally. It will take time to understand your mentors. Day by day you have to communicate with them that you want to do this (your passion). If you would have found your mentors within your family they would have their own perspective, your society mentors would have their own ideas regarding your passion, your community mentors might have multiple ideas, your country mentors have different ideas than others, and your international mentors would have totally different views operating to your passion. Whatever they are giving you the suggestions all might be beneficial. All these ideas will change your mindset completely but remember that after a long time of practice you have found your passion and you have written down its positive points and negative points. On the basis of your personal experience, you should categorize your mentor's views. 

Your personal experience and observation and their ideas will give you a mind map. This mind map you have to redraw on the paper carefully. Your mind map becomes the shortest way towards your goal. Think about your mind map redraw your mind, in this way finally you will get your mind map. This means you have constructed the way which leads you to your destination. 

Having constructed your way towards your destination now you have to arrange how you will get there? Will you have to arrange a bicycle, Motorbike, or something else. This is called an action plan. Now you have to prepare an action plan. To act upon your action plan you have to take the help of your mentors and your personal experience which you have got during your passion-finding practice. As you have made a plan which is in the written form, in this way you have to write your action plan as well. You should execute this action plan on the basis of daily tasks. This means you have to make daily tasks and it is essential to complete your daily tasks accordingly. 

Think and find your passion

It has been asking a common question by the students for a long time, the question is very common that how they can find their passion? A number of thoughts are coming to their mind every day. This is a question everybody is facing during their careers. Both male and female youngsters who are searching for their careers are facing such questions. 

Your mind is your master! You can get the answers to your questions from your own master. Your mind is connected to every other mind just you need to find the password and connect it. It seems a very difficult task but if you would understand then it is very easy. Whatever you can see, feel, and touch is also present in you. You are the micro-universe! Your aims, your goals, your purpose of existence, and your passion all you can find in yourself. 

Life is concise; consequently, we are searching for shortcuts to achieve more. We are searching the easy ways outside more than inside while our purposes, our aims, and our goals are inside us. We are giving 24/7 time to our external world but we are not giving a span of time to our inner world. I do not mean that let your physical world start searching in your inner world. Your physical world is a very important platform to understand your inner world. So, you need to consistently search the physical world and on the other hand, you need to give some time to explore your inner world. This will give immense happiness, tranquility, and satisfaction. 

Right now make a daily task and include a special task i.e. thinking about your passion! From today you have committed with yourself that you would get up at 04;00 am and at least for one hour you would think about your passion. Before starting thinking, the environment should be suitable, there should not be noise, there should not be a disturbance, and there should not be any trouble. Get up around 03:50 am wash your face and sit in a calm place alone and consciously do commitment with your mind that you will concentrate upon your passion for one hour and you will succeed in finding your passion. 

Then, at fix 04:00 am you have to start thinking about your passion, you did not have your passion but you should tell your mind that what is your passion? Just think about this question and concentrate. Your mind should not act just like a monkey. I do know that this practice is not easy on the initial stage but with respect to time, you would do it. On the first day, you should concentrate for one minute then you should concentrate for two minutes, then three, and so on and so forth. In this way, you can concentrate on your question. During this practice kindly do not quit your physical world tasks, jobs, tethering. You should participate more confidently after starting your passion practice. I am quite sure that your physical world task will also complete smoothly. You will enjoy your physical world as well. Your tasks will become very easy and you can complete your target in time. 

When you will continuously do this practice for about forty days then your subconscious mind will start responding to you accordingly! Meanwhile, just you need to concentrate upon your same question, no need to start thinking about other things. Try to concentrate on your main and major questions only. Your mind will filter thousands of thoughts that are creating within seconds then there will be certain thoughts. Your mind will tell you to think about again you need to concentrate upon your major question. Then your mind will again filter and some certain and the most possible thoughts will repeat again and again. Consistently concentrate on your question. Remember this is not a single-day exercise it is a continuous exercise if you quit for even then one day your mind will start again generating thousands of thoughts. That is why every day you have to practice. During this practice, it is possible that you would get a great career and there would not necessary to search for your passion but remember that you have got that position just because of your practice! You have to keep practicing. In this way, you can find your actual passion. Then you will start enjoying your life, you will find your aims, goals, and purpose of your life. 

This practice will not only help you find your passion but it will guide you in finding many other passions. There will be an image in your society, within your community, and out of your community. You will find yourself a completely changed person than before, you will be beneficial for others. 

Change the habits of your children

  The strength to bear natural and artificial calamities depends upon the foundation of a building and then the material used to build the building but nobody can see directly the foundation, although it is the main step to build a strong building. This is one of the material examples which will help you to understand the actual essence of our success.  There will be some personalities who have played a major role in the development of your life. 

As I have said that the foundation is the most important part of a building in the same way personal understanding is very important for your future. Parents are the heroes for their children that is why since their children's childhood they should make them understand the personal development tips. For example, Since their childhood parents should give them the awareness about their things. Such as during breakfast they should help their Mom and Dad in bring things to the table. They should recognize their spoon, cub, their place of sitting. Having done breakfast, they should know which place they have to put their spoon, cup, bowl, etc. During eating if they have little things then they have to clean them then they should wash their hands. 

These are very simple but important points. Mom and Dad should demonstrate how to perform work. Children are learning more from your actions, not from your words. Your words and sentences will help your children to learn the language. If you want to make them understand then you have to do it first then you have to guide them on how to do it? Meanwhile, you have to encourage them. It will strengthen their confidence and they will realize that they can also do what Mom and Dad are doing. Secondly, when you will encourage them on their performance, they would realize that they have to do their own work every day. Make a mind map for them by explaining their daily schedule. It should be like this; What time they should get up? Then they should attend the washroom, the preparation of breakfast, prepare for school (they should check their school bag properly), then they should depart for school. After school timing, they should directly come back home. Take a break then they should take their lunch. Having taken lunch they should take a break of ten minutes then they should start their homework or they should go to their coaching center. After homework or coaching, they should play a game or they should focus on one in which they should be more interested. Parents should guide them that how much they should spend on physical exercise. At the end of their sports timing, it is very important to contact their children and parents should call them. Then they should take a shower, relax for ten minutes then they should do meditation. After meditation, they should again open their books and read for twenty minutes (it varies from student to student, some can read for 20 minutes some can read for more than 20 minutes).

Reading is very important because when your children start reading their reading skills will develop, they will get new information, new ideas, and they will be fluent in the language. This 20-minute reading will change their habits, with the passage of time they will increase the reading timing and it will help the students to cover their syllabus before their syllabus timing. As a result, your children will be responsible for everything. Every day, every week, every month, and every year their personality will develop.
