A Wonderful Lesson!

 

Around our global village, it has been observed that we are trying our best to solve maximum problems within a short period of time during a general body meeting. I think this is not the right method to solve the entire problems in our societies. We need to solve entire problems one by one from the most important and the most urgent ones.

I have explained in this article, that how we can solve our problems whether they are individual or collective problems at our homes, communities, and societies. So that we could able to move forward easily in a stipulated time and we could create a sense of humanity around the planet. 

Since January 2020, COVID-19 has been teaching us a wonderful lesson in our lives by attacking every individual across the borders. We are helpless to defend ourselves and others although we have advanced nuclear systems, ammunition, and medical universities we are not able to use advanced nuclear technology to control such pandemics. Every year, almost in every country, we are spending millions of dollars to defend our borders, nuclear tests, and eradicate terrorism. We are making alliances to strengthen our countries with respect to defense, so for such purposes, we are spending millions of dollars. On the other hand, we not only to protect our borders but also need to fight against poverty, we need to fight against corruption, we need to fight against injustice, we need to fight against terror mindset, and we need to fight against non-terminating diseases, epidemics, and pandemics. The question arises here that how we can solve these problems? Can we solve them simultaneously in a short period of time? The answer is simply a big No!

To solve such problems we need to improve our education system both in secular and religious education systems. Then we need to amend our constitution in which there should be a common point regarding education and health facilities across the borders. There should be common law with respect to corruption control, there should be a common point regarding poverty eradication, and there should be a common peace point, there should be a common point regarding open manufacturing of ammunition across the border but again it is not possible to change each and everything. We need to think about coming fifty or hundred year’s target, for that we need to take the first step today.

The first step is that we need to create the concept that we belong to the same planet, our planet Earth is our homeland for everyone, and we cannot escape very easily from our planet to save ourselves and others. Such lessons are being taught by COVID-19 such as;

1. We need to work on global health facilities

2. We need to create help and support organizations

3. We need to construct global research and development organizations

4. We need to work on skill development 

5. We need to work on global peace

As I have already said that maximum small and big problems cannot be solved within a short period but we need to start work within ourselves to generate such ideas that we could change ourselves, every individual has to develop such ideas and practice them daily. No need to teach others but to teach ourselves. 

Take 100% Responsibility!

 Whenever you will be given a charge of a job, you need to take a hundred percent responsibility to complete the given task. Do not be a dependent employer, you are the best one to conduct your daily tasks.

From daily small tasks at your home to big tasks in your office, you would face problems, remember that nobody is perfect in this perishable world and you are the perfect one to perform your job at your home, in your office, and in this universe! So, you need to understand yourself and you need to take your task responsibilities on daily basis.

When you are entering a new office to take responsibility, you might feel that you do not have experience in this office. You are right that you are new here but you should know that you are the chosen one among others. You should know that such feelings generate in every new employer in different departments. Consequently, you need to tell yourself that you are the chosen one for this job. Definitely, you have to face some problems but such problems are not forever, they would go after some time. Till that you need to work for your company with full interest and enthusiasm. 

Now, you have already taken the responsibility, therefore, you need to be punctual, sincere, honest in your job, and you need to become calm and cool. In your office, there might have some irritating characters but you should remember that they are also employers in your office so you need to understand them, talk with them, and try to cooperate with them because they are also your team players. You cannot do any work individually so you need to cooperate and participate with your team players.

Whenever you will feel complications or problems then you should consult your boss and your seniors and try to find out the right solution to your problem. Always remember that you are the only one who can solve the problem. You might be wrong and you might not able to find out the right solution but do not escape from your problem this will create several problems for you, therefore, always face your problem that will teach you how to face them in the future. 

In conclusion, I should say that be confident regarding your job, be honest, be sincere, and work with full interest. After some time you will start enjoying your work place, You will see a big scope in your job.

After graduation...?

 More than 80 % of new graduates are thinking to find out a secure job having done their graduation. In this race, very few students are succeeded and the rest of the students are wasting their time find out a relevant and secure job.

Since remote past, our educational system has been generating graduates fo do work for others, on this topic several well-known authors have been writing but still, we are not taking heed upon such burning topics. We are looking towards very successful people and we want to be like them within a short period of time. It is possible to be like them but there exists a long story behind their success. The problem is that we can only see their success and we are only focussing on their success. 

I think, instead of observing their success, we should study their success stories, we should plan our future goals by studying case studies, and then we should execute the plan. We are thinking that we have done graduation or masters and why we should not do a respective job instead of quitting our profession? This is true you should find out such a job which should be relevant to your major subject. All the graduates are not equal intellectually, they are thinking differently in their respective circles that is why we need to think in two or three dimensions after or before graduation. 

It has been observed that to become a professional in any field we need at least four years of experience. This phrase you need to understand properly and that is "Within four years of continuous working in a field, you can become a perfect and we experienced professional" Now when you will complete your studies, you would become familiar with the job market, your major subject scope, your job place, and nature of your work. Meanwhile, you need to think and find such a profession in which you could able to earn some money and it has great scope in future. As soon as possible you need to enter into it. At the initial stage, you might have to face some problems but with the passage of time, you would enjoy your profession, your workplace, and the nature of the work. 

Here I would like to share with you a real story, At the beginning of the 21st-century people were not familiar with the Chinese language, especially in my area. At that time China and Pakistan were working on internal trade between two countries. China wanted to invest in Pakistan in various fields, such as construction, the smartphone industry, transportation, etc. So, to do so, the Chinese were unable to communicate with citizens of Pakistan. Consequently, Chinese officials have announced Chinese translators jobs with smart salaries. A number of students who did graduate and masters in various great fields have changed their minds, and they understood the scope of the Chinese language in the future. Instead of searching for their respective jobs in the market, they have started Chinese language certificates, diplomas, and degree courses. Soon after their completion of certificate courses they have hunted great Chinese translators jobs in the market. Since then they have been working with the Chinese and they are earning a lot of money. 

Similarly, there are various such examples in our society that students have changed minds at the right time and they have changed their future. So, my advice to all the new graduates that you should not stick with your major subject, you should change your mind, consult the right persons, and mentors to change your future.
